BcRAE and BcFAT are highly expressed during infection. B. cinerea conidia were inoculated on tomato fruits and in PDB medium. Samples were collected 6, 12, 24, and 48 h after inoculation. qRT-PCR analysis was performed to measure the expression levels of BcRAE and BcFAT. BctubA (BCIN_01g08040) served as the reference gene, and the gene expression level of B. cinerea cultured in PDB for 6 h was set to 1.
