Transactivation assay of LlC3H18. A Transactivation activity assay in the yeast AH109 strain. The transformants were screened on SD-W medium (lacking Trp) while the growth of transformants was detected on SD-WH medium (lacking Trp/His) containing 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole (3-AT).
