Changes in chlorophyll fluorescence parameters (A and D), antioxidant enzyme activities (B-C), and photosynthetic parameters (E–F) in ‘G6’ under waterlogging conditions, with or without oxygenation. Changes in chlorophyll fluorescence parameters (A) and Fv/Fm (D) were measured at 0, 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 8 and 16 DAT. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) (B) and catalase (CAT) (C) activities were measured at 0, 8, and 16 DAT. Intercellular CO2 concentration (E) and transpiration rate (F) were measured at 0, 1, 4 and 8 DAT. The data are shown as mean ± standard error (SE) of six replicates. Statistical significance was determined using a one-way ANOVA; significant differences among means (LSD, p < 0.05) are indicated with different lowercase letters. Bar = 3 cm
