RhNAP- or RhCKX6-silencing reduced dehydration tolerance in rose petal discs. Expression of RhNAP and RhCKX6 was silenced in petal discs by virus induced gene silencing (VIGS). Petal discs were dehydrated for 12 h and examined at intervals during 24 h of rehydration. A The phenotypes of the petal discs were recorded and photographed at different time points.
